We are always looking for a variety of skill sets – some focused on advisory services and others on technical skills – but all roles require consulting skills, flexibility on travel and the ability to deliver high-quality work for large, well-known customers. Senior Consultants and Solution Architects – Data Strategy, Data Architecture, MDM
Working on high-profile customer projects focused on Data Strategy, Master Data Management, Data Governance and other large data initiatives, these are client-facing roles.
We have customers in Financial Services, Insurance, Telco, Utilities, Pharmaceuticals, Retail and Public Sector.
Candidates should have a broad portfolio of consultancy skills across databases, conceptual, logical and physical data modelling, data architecture, data integration, ETL and data warehousing, with the ability to carry out analysis, architectural and design roles, as well as lead small project teams.
Candidates can be based from home but must be comfortable with project work on client sites throughout the country.
Consultants – Data, Process and Business Analysis
These are client-facing roles, involved in large Data Management, Data Governance and Change projects on blue-chip customer sites. Candidates must have demonstrable experience in the investigation, analysis, review and documentation of business processes and functions, with particular emphasis on the information and data elements. Expertise in major modelling tools and methods is preferable, as is the ability to define requirements and create viable specifications to support business process and systems change.
Consultants – MDM, Data Integration
These roles are responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions focused on Master Data Management (MDM), Data Integration, ETL and other enterprise data management initiatives. Candidates must be able to demonstrate technical expertise in major MDM, ETL and Data Integration technologies, with specific experience preferred within some of the following: Ab Initio, Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica MDM (Siperian), Kalido, IBM InfoSphere or IBM Initiate.
Candidates must have a consulting background, with strengths in analysis, design and implementation, and the ability to work in small focused teams on blue-chip customer sites.
